One benefit of this design is that it maximizes second story space, giving the Rockwood two extra-large upstairs bedrooms. The main floor is centered around the straight staircase, with an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a bedroom and full bathroom. The dining area opens up to the front deck and a side door- perfect for a patio or attached garage.
